WPKM is built around the idea that a useful Windows package manager can stay understandable without turning every package operation into a framework.

The philosophy
Simple commands. Visible packages. Strong integrity.
WPKM uses Go for the client, GitHub for its current registry infrastructure, and SHA3-512 for package integrity verification.
The package lifecycle is deliberately direct:
